Tietojen poistaminen

Voit poistaa Awuu-tilisi ja kaikki siihen liittyvät tiedot milloin tahansa. Tämä koskee myös tilejä, jotka on luotu Google-, Apple- tai Facebook-kirjautumisella.
Poista tili sovelluksessa
- Avaa Awuu-sovellus ja siirry Profiili-näkymään.
- Avaa Tili-välilehti.
- Valitse Poista tili ja vahvista poisto.
Poisto poistaa pysyvästi:
- käyttäjätilisi ja profiilisi
- koiraprofiilin
- kuvat (profiilikuvat, tapahtumien kansikuvat, tapahtumagalleriaan lataamasi kuvat ja viestikuvat)
- keskustelut
- tapahtumaosallistumiset
- vaarailmoituksesi, havaintosi ja niiden kuvat
- estosi ja palautteesi
Huomio: poisto on lopullinen, eikä tietoja voi palauttaa jälkikäteen.
Poikkeukset: tekemäsi tai sinusta tehdyt moderointi-ilmoitukset säilyvät käsittelyhistoriana ilman käyttäjätunnisteita. Luvallasi Awuun sosiaalisen median tileille jo julkaistut tapahtumakuvat eivät poistu automaattisesti; pyydä niiden poistoa osoitteesta info@awuu.app.
Vaihtoehto: pyydä poistoa sähköpostitse
Jos et pääse kirjautumaan sovellukseen, voit pyytää tilisi poistoa lähettämällä sähköpostia osoitteeseen privacy@awuu.app siitä sähköpostiosoitteesta, jolla tili on luotu. Käsittelemme poistopyynnön 30 päivän kuluessa.

Data Deletion
Version 1.1 — updated September 6, 2026
You can delete your Awuu account and all data associated with it at any time. This also applies to accounts created with Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Awuu app and go to the Profile view.
- Open the Account tab.
- Select Delete account and confirm the deletion.
The deletion permanently removes:
- your user account and profile
- your dog profile
- images (profile photos, event cover images, photos you uploaded to event galleries, and chat images)
- conversations
- event participations
- your danger alerts, sightings, and their photos
- your blocks and feedback
Note: the deletion is final and the data cannot be restored afterwards.
Exceptions: moderation reports you made or that were made about you are retained as a handling history without user identifiers. Event photos already published on Awuu's social media accounts with your permission are not removed automatically; request their removal from info@awuu.app.
Alternative: request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in to the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to privacy@awuu.app from the email address the account was created with. Deletion requests are handled within 30 days.
